
Policy on the processing of personal data under
the Privacy Code and the European Regulation on
privacy (GDPR)
Please note that, pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR), setting out provisions for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, personal data will be processed in compliance with the regulations referred to and the obligations of confidentiality.
This Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about the privacy policies adopted by the company Digilab s.r.l.s. and to inform you about your rights under the Privacy Code and the GDPR.
Data Controller.
The owner of the processing of personal data is Digilab S.r.l.s. (hereinafter, the “Owner“).
The Data Controller has appointed its own Data Protection Officer (DPO), who can be reached at dpo@digilabgroup.it
The updated list of the persons in charge of processing is kept at the registered office of Digliab S.r.l.s.
Subject
Digilab processes personal, identifying data (e.g. name, surname, company name, address, telephone, e-mail) – hereinafter referred to as personal data or even data – provided by you directly or to third parties with whom Digilab S.r.l.s. has entered into contracts for the provision of services and having verified that due consent has been given for the transfer of such data to third parties and for the specific processing.
Purpose of processing.
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes, given the consent previously given both with reference to the transfer of data to third parties and with reference to the specific processing:
to send via e-mail, and/or sms and/or telephone contacts, also by VoiceBot, newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising material on products or services offered by the Owner and/or on behalf of third parties and/or its own clients as well as for the detection of the degree of satisfaction on the quality of services in order to provide users with information and advertising messages on products and services of the company or of its commercial partners with reference to the following areas
– Training: education
– Leisure: publishing, music, tourism, sports, collections, photography, leisure, games, transportation, gardening, hobbies, sweepstakes, communication and entertainment groups.
– Consumer goods: electronics, computing, textiles, image and sound, accessories, home, bazaar, personal care (cosmetics, perfumery, parapharmacy, advertising pharmaceutical specialties), furniture, food and beverage, health and beauty, stationery, fashion and decoration.
– Marketing and e-commerce.
– Telecommunications: telecommunications products and services and technology.
– Financial: products and services offered by financial institutions, insurance companies and social security institutions.
– Automotive: products and services related to cars, motorcycles and trucks.
– Energy and water: products related to electricity, hydrocarbons, gas and water.
– NGOs: products and services related to NGOs or related entities.
– Jewelry and gemstones: products and services related to jewelry, costume jewelry and gemstones.
– Election Propaganda..;
- transfer their data to third parties who guarantee compliance with the regulations imposed by the GDPR.
The interested party has the right, at any time and free of charge, to object to such processing, both with regard to the initial processing and to the further processing that takes place through Digilab S.r.l.s. If the interested party opposes the processing, personal data will no longer be processed for the purposes mentioned above.
With regard to the purpose of transferring data to third parties, the data subject has the right, at any time and free of charge, to object to such processing, either initially or subsequently. Should the data subject object to the processing, the personal data will no longer be processed for such purposes.
We specify that: (i) you have received this message because you have given your consent to receive e-mails, and/or sms and/or to be contacted by telephone, also by VoiceBot, containing commercial offers also from third parties to which you have given your consent for the specific treatment; (ii) following the sending of e-mails, and/or sms and/or telephone contacts, also by VoiceBot, of a promotional nature, you will be given the opportunity to be called back by the third parties whose promotions you have received.
Methods of processing
The processing will be carried out in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the GDPR regarding security measures, by specially appointed individuals and in compliance with the provisions of art. 29 of the GDPR. In addition, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed.
Digilab S.r.l.s will process personal data for a period not exceeding 24 months after data collection.
Data Access
Your data may be made accessible for the above purposes:
– to employees and freelancers of Digliab S.r.l. in Italy and abroad (within the EU), in their capacity as data processors and/or internal managers and/or system administrators.
Rights of the interested party.
As a data subject, you have the rights set forth in Articles 15 et seq. GDPR and specifically the rights to:
- obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form;
- get the indication:
(a) the origin of the personal data;
- b) the purposes and methods of processing;
- c) the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments;
- d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under Article 5, paragraph 2 Privacy Code and Article 3, paragraph 1, GDPR;
- e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents;
- obtain:
- a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data;
- b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right;
- object, in whole or in part:
- a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
- b) the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication, through the use of automated calling systems without the intervention of an operator by e-mail and / or through traditional marketing methods by phone and / or mail. It should be noted that the right of the interested party to object, as set out in point b) above, for the purposes of direct marketing by automated means extends to traditional methods and that, in any case, the interested party may exercise the right to object even only in part. Therefore, the interested party may decide to receive only communications by traditional means or only automated communications or neither of the two types of communication.
Where applicable, you also have the rights under Articles 16-21 GDPR (Right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restrict processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to complain to the Supervisory Authority.
Communications, Suggestions, and Complaints.
Digilab S.r.l.s encodes and encrypts your personal information at the time it is transmitted, so that it is transmitted securely. Digilab S.r.l.s ensures and guarantees the security of all information submitted online. Once our system has received the data, we guarantee the application of security measures established by current legislation.

Updates and changes
Digilab S.r.l.s reserves the right to modify, integrate or periodically update this information in accordance with applicable regulations or measures adopted by the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
